Open the Seed Shop in Grow a Garden 2 and look for the Lotus seed.

Buy the Lotus seed for 6,000,000 Sheckles (or 699 Robux).

The Lotus seed has a 1.5% chance to appear in the shop rotation, so check back if it isn't in stock.

Plant the seed on your plot, wait for it to grow, then harvest the Lotus.

Lotus is multi-harvest, so it keeps producing after the first pick — leave it planted for repeat harvests.
